Return Policy

RETURNED ITEMS MUST COMPLY WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY:

Exchange procedure (Dhaka and other divisions):

We only offer exchange for shoe size within 24 hours of receiving delivery.

No exchange for bags. No design exchanges. No colour exchange.

1. Should the size not fit, you will need to accept the delivery, settle the invoice, and retain the item. After receiving delivery, let us know on our Facebook or by calling +8801721240150 within 24 hours.

2. Please provide your name, the product name, and the size when calling us.

3. We'll send the size of the exchange.

4. You will need to give the delivery man the incorrect size (unopened and in the original packaging) when he brings the exchange size, then take the correct size from him. Delivery fees for exchange products in Dhaka and Chittagong are BDT 70 and BDT 130, respectively.

 

Please be aware that there is never an exchange policy for used goods. Refund requests are not entertained by us.

 

Delivery charge and conditions:

Cash on delivery all over Bangladesh.

Full payment in advance via bKash for other areas.

Delivery charges in Dhaka are BDT 120 per product, and outside Dhaka are BDT 200 per product.

Delivery usually takes 48-168 hours.

Delivery agents are- Pathao, Aramex, E-courier, Redx, and Shundarban courier service.

All charges are set by the delivery agents.

 

Refund:

R&M Lifestyle will process your refund according to the following refund types:

 

Refund from returns - Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful). To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.

Refunds from cancelled orders - Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.

In case of any refund, the received cash back amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount.
